We are currently hiring for the following position:

Technical Support Analyst in our Fargo office. Our Technical Support Analysts provide telephone, email, remote access and onsite technical support for Clients by opening, following-up and closing service desk tickets. They work to resolve issues and test the results with our Clients to ensure resolution. An Associate or Bachelor degree in an IT or networking field required with 1 year experience in a technical support role strongly preferred.
