The infrastructure environment is customized to your specific business needs but often consists of:

·         Server/Application Monitoring - Our solution will provide 24x7x365 proactive monitoring of all critical systems and services. The system provides alerts that are delivered to network engineering and technical support staff to be resolved. All issues are logged and updated in our call center application and are completely tracked through the entire process until resolved.

Periodically, management reports will be generated outlining all of the issues and resolutions.

·         Database – The database environment will consist of a clustered configuration setup in active/passive mode allowing for automated failover of application services, minimizing downtime in the event of a hardware failure. We also will have separate databases for development, testing and reporting to allow for complete isolation of services.

·         Virtualization – Many services will be part of a virtual environment built on a VMWare server. This allows us to leverage powerful host hardware to run multiple servers creating a smaller datacenter footprint while still maximizing the performance of the environment.

·         Network Connectivity and Access – Our solution will include a redundant, high performing and secure network infrastructure including dual internet loops, firewalls and switching environment.

Our hosted application and network infrastructure includes certified staff responsible for each area of software and hardware infrastructure through a service desk arrangement and monitoring services.  Our solution provides full technology management including Technical Support, Development and Network Engineering.

 

·         Support – Our fully staffed help desk will provide front line support for all connectivity, access and covered usage of the NextGen application environment.

·         Development – Our development team will provide any customization and application specific development services.

·         Network Engineering – Our network engineering team will provide infrastructure design, support and maintenance.

 

The service desk is built upon ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts and principals allowing us to provide top notch service to the thousands of end users we support.
